~Finale~ Traumatology & Easter Dinner

Yesterday we finally finish our traumatology rotation. The class ended with passing up the case history and small lecture about instability of shoulder and frozen shoulder.

While we were copying lectures, teacher marked our case history. He try to correct all our mistakes. My case history was the last one he marked. My case history go well, he didn’t scold anything but saying that it is good I remember to write down the BP, PR and RR; until the last page, he searching for the surgery description and he found out I wrote “no operation”. Right afterthat he started to scold me because there was an operation done! The patient lied to me!!!!! So this gave me a lesson that do not trust completely to the patient, though complains from patients give us 75% of the diagnosis. Always refer to the doctor who treat him before or do a complete examination on patient.

After the class, went back home to rest for a while and continue to do shopping for the dinner.

We finish our dinner at 8pm, we enjoy our dinner and we were loving it.
