The real Spring

March 30th, 2008 | by admin |

The real spring is coming.. If you read the previous post, you know that we had started our daylight saving regime. I have only 23 hours today and I had less sleep.
Today is sunny day; the weather is nice, not very cold and not very hot and is windy. I took several photos during my walk to church.

Sunshine on the window side.

Photo taken while waiting for bus.

Happy Birds searching for worms.

They are flying happily.

Here, I would like to share something on what i did yesterday for party. It is called ~Bread Pudding~ This was my 1st time making this and the result turned out to be not so good.

Bread Pudding.

Ingredients needed:
1. 1 loaf of bread (for 10 people)
2. 2 eggs
3. 500ml of fresh milk or ideal milk
4. 1 can of condense milk
5. Sugar
6. Butter

Steps
Mixture of milk
1. Beat the egg 1 by 1 until they turn white.

2. Put in several scope of sugar (your own desire) into the eggs and beat again till smooth
3. Condense milk and beat again.

4. Put in the fresh milk and beat well.
5. Several spoons (2 spoons preferable) into the mixture. (You will find it that the butter and milk can’t mix together. It is normal! Oil and Water can’t together~)
Bread
1. Cut the bread into cubes

2. Put them into warm water and let them soft (for several second)
3. Take out and put into the mixture of milk
4. Take out from there and put on tray.
5. Bake it at 170 degree Celsius for 45 minutes.

That’s all, it is easy. You can try this when you’re free, hope that you can make better than mine. :P
